Keyboard stops functioning whenever I open League (Windows 10 PC)

Whenever I launch League from my desktop, as soon as the small League of Legends icon disappears and the window loads up, my keyboard loses all function. I cannot log in as I cannot type my password and I cannot use the keyboard for any other applications on my PC. As soon as I close League, I can use the keyboard again. It is a Razer Blackwidow keyboard and unplugging and re-plugging does not make a difference, neither does restarting my computer. Physically impossible to even log into League or use my keyboard when League is open. Started happening right when I had moved my desktop setup from my dorm back to my house.

The only solution I found was using another USB port for the keyboard which is very odd given that the first USB port worked perfectly fine with the keyboard when League was not launched.
