I was playing a match vs. victor. he landed his stun/root on me. victor was right in front of me. I was playing as pantheon and I was unable to auto attack or cast spells while rooted. he was well with in range of my q ability as well as in range for auto attacks. please fix.

The field slows and applies stacks for the abilities. After so many stacks, you are stunned. If Viktor has upgraded the ability, it will pull you toward it's center while it stuns you.
I was unable to auto attack or cast spells while rooted
You cannot cast abilities or autoattack while stunned.
