Being in Champion select but staying in the lobby

This bug already happened way to many times... today was the last drop! I enter a queue and when i accept to play i start hearing the champion select music and sounds but i am in the lobby! i can go to the shop, do anything other than actually go to the champion select... i just lost my bo5 because of this.
