[META] Riot, would it be helpful to you for us to report games with bad connection?

I ask because a lot of players have connection issues mid game, or players that can't connect after champ select. When this happens, they want to let you know to help you troubleshoot.

I do know that you are doing your server upgrade here shortly, and that's awesome, but I just wanted to ask if it was even necessary to report bad connection games and if doing so was helpful.
