League game opening late!!! after the client closes! - MAC

OK so recently after the new update i dont know what happened but the game takes a long time to open after the league client closes itself. Before it was running all good no problem but when i stopped playing it for a week and came back again the game takes too long to open and when i load in the game it has already been 3-5mins making it hard for me to play the game. And 1 game when i was in the loading screen the other players remaked the match.
