Not receiving Blue essence upon completing a match

So overall i have been receiving some blue essences as normal but i have arrived at a issue. After about 3 matches i stop getting essences. Is their a daily cap or something. I just not getting any Blue essences for any of my matches. i'm short like 2 matches

Pretty sure we're not supposed to get be from matches at all. You only get them from the leveling capsules.

The way to get essence now is by disenchanting champion shards, which you get by leveling up. i believe there's also blue essence orbs in some capsules you get when you level.
