Seriously Riot? (Firewall Error Message)

So my friends and I decided we wanted to flex que together, and the moment we got into load in screen all of us were faced with a black screen followed up by a Firewall error message. I closed the client re-logged and reconnect. However, my friends were unable to ever load back in the game no matter what. None of us had this issue till this patch so its definitely not on us. Because of this two of them lost their first placement match over a client issue from riot. Yeah thanks for their free loss.
