[Gameplay] Lucian ultimate does not do 400% damage on minions

I have discovered this but wasn't recording my game or anything. I ulted trying to clear the minion wave only to realize that i could not. I went to youtube and typed Lucian ult bug in Korean and this was the video that showed basically what I had gone through. T-T
