Cannot purchase Emotes from the store

Over the last week, every time I go to purchase an emote from the store I get the error "An error has occurred: unexpected error". Screen capture below. Doesn't matter what emote you choose and I've got twice the amount of RP required. Anyone know what the problem is? Anyone else getting this issue?

I'm just confused why Riot won't take my money? haha
