Rito pls fix those irrelevant leaver busters!

Riot I am going to be short. Recently I've got a leaver buster because my internet connection got down. And I was feeling like a total duche for leaving my team in the middle of the game, but I couldn't do ANYTHING to join back in. And when my internet came back 20 minutes later, the game was over and an ugly looking message appeared saying "Due to your recent AFK behavior you have been moved to a lower priority queue for the next 5 games". You should really do something to fix that issue so people that have internet problems don't get leaver busters, simply because they can't do anything to fix that.
