[Client/Crash] Game becomes unplayable after 15 minutes or so

For the past 3 days, I've been getting this extremely irritating bug where my game starts to lag to the point that it becomes unplayable. The thing is, I look at the ping and it remains the same around 110 - 130 but my champion cannot auto or use abilities at all. I can see my teammates and the enemy team roaming around with clearly no issue but their movements are just as laggy as mine. I have installed League on two different computers and clicked the repair button in the launcher for both computers to no avail. Please help me figure out how to fix this. If need be, I'll post a video for clarification but it was recorded on my phone and I curse in the video, A LOT.
