Minion True Damage/Death Recap Bug?

I died about 2 seconds into his ult, and this is what my Death Recap said. 3 Blue Caster minions were only hitting me as WW ulted me. Just wondering if I'm missing a mechanic or something, but I just dont understand how 3 caster minions could do 578 True Damage in 2 seconds.
