As shown in the video, Warwick ults Syndra while she stuns him. However, Warwick ult is still active and hits Syndra even though she is not rooted by his ult.

The bug here appears to be on Syndra, not on Warwick. Watching in slow motion you can see that WW us able to flash(From ult, not the champ skill flash) to Syndra and the "suppressed" notification pops up, however he got to her as she was finishing the animation for casting her stun which should have been cancelled. This interaction should be tested with a few champs that have knock backs such as trist ult, poppy E, xin ult, etc, but more specifically if there are any other champs with a knock back that also stuns (cho? knock up.. Alistar?).
It may be a bug with the interaction between his ult and the other champ skills.
As for the damage - even with QSS (as far as I know) the activation of it cancels the stunning portion of the ult but it does not remove the damage - Syndra dying happened as it should have.
