Azir Problems With W & E

This is my first time posting so just bare with me lol. Well i noticed when soldiers are summoned (W) for first attack it shows them attacking but is not registered. Also been having problems with using his E ya know for dashing i have to press it a couple of times for it to actually dash but by the time it does work im either dead or miss a kill. Very frustrating.

seriously tho, I think his w auto's miiiiight be more like skillshots than target attacks if you know what I mean. if im wrong then ya ive seen the same bug.
