Cannot login to PBE at all, wont accept anything.

Hi there, so I have been trying to get into my PBE account and I never changed the password or username, but now I can't login? its saying none of my information matches the server and now I am getting really annoyed because I sent out recovery stuff and im not getting any kind of response back... checked spam and everything, and still no help.

Again.. I changed NOTHING at all and nothing is working. :( I just really wanna get on PBE.
