Illaoi E tentacle Bug (Gameplay)

While playing against

1. She landed Test of spirit (E) on me ( )
2. After the 2 seconds the tentacle spawned but no Target outline appeared.
3. Causing me unable to predict and dodge the Tentacle smash.
4. After being damaged by the Tentacle smash, The tentacle reset and had an outline.

This happened to me three time while playing an ARAM, I was hit by Test of spirits probably around 6 times. When the bug did not occur The Target outline appeared giving me a visual of where the Tentacle smash would go, giving me a chance for counter play. When the Bug did occur there was not visual, not allowing counter play but more of Luck on where it would go.
