HUD Bug?

Since the new patch has come out, all the numbers in the HUD are huge.

My HUD is set to 34, but, all the numbers in the HUD (Summoner spells, Item actives, Gold, Champion level) almost look as if they haven't been scaled down with the HUD. Another issue is the fact that now, my chat also scales down with my HUD when it didn't before, making chat almost impossible to read.

I've already repaired my client, and the problem has only gotten worse (See above, chat scaling).

I would include pictures of this, but my keyboard doesn't exactly have a printscreen setting, wondering if anyone else is having the same issue though, who can screenshot it.
