[CLIENT] Low priority queue - searching for the game wont start when someone joins the lobby

I strongly believe there is a bug in low priority queue lobby. I think standard behaviour is that you start a game, it waits for 20 mins and then it goes to standard queue as usual. But when you create a looby, invite someone, he doesnt join immediately. You start queue, it counts that 20 mins and in the middle of this waiting someone joins the lobby, it will stay bugged in that waiting time.

Friend of mine joined lobby while I was waiting for low priority, then the popup window with 20mins disappeared but the timer continued to 20+ time and didnt restart which would imply that lobby joined searching for a game.

Btw also its BS that you cant type to lobby chat, while you are waiting this low priority time. UX problem af!
