Kindred's ult + Sion's passive
I played a normal game as Sion and i noticed that Sion's passive form can die in Kindred's ult, when the health bar reaches 0. Is this intended?

Yes. Technically Sion has already died, as indicated in the chat/kill feed. I realise he does have a health bar, but it is intended to not work and, quite frankly, could be abused.
I'm actually quite surprised some people think that undying (that's what I call it) can be used in unison with invulnerability. The character is already dead, making it possible to outlast the undying timer would be too busted for casual play, let alone pro play.
Kindred Ult :
Lamb blesses the ground under herself for 4 seconds, creating an area in which no living things, ally or enemy, can die.
Sion is dead, so he will time out.
