GamePlay Kayn Bug (game breaking for Kayn)

1. Kayn becomes unable to evolve into either form.
2. It has only happened to me 1x, but i'd be willing to test it if anyone wants to join me in some normals. -This happened to me when I was on Cooldown for my passive, and Died, just as my passive came off of CD. When I respawned the option to evolve was gone.

When this happens you are stuck in base form of Kayn, and might as well FF, as your now going to be ridiculously weak all game.
