Azir's Ultimate

I noticed a bug with Azir's Emperor's Divide ability. When I used it, it would produce the animation, but it would not knock-back enemies or deal the damage. This happened two out of the three times I used it. I do not know what triggers it, just simply using it I would assume. The champions that passed through the Divide where Darius and Shaco, if that helps. Thanks!
