[Gameplay] Pool Party Zac bugged?

So after loading into a game on summoners rift with pool party Zac active I looked to see the skin is much darker than normal. The blobs from his passive however look to be the correct color.

Anyone else having this problem?

Steps to recreate:

1. Enter game with pool party zac.
2. activate passive by hitting with a skill.
