Not losing LP for losing games [CLIENT]

I just got defeated in a game. Before the game started I was 53 LP Silver 1, and we lost the game and I didn't lose any LP. The match history shows the most recent defeat, but my league status is showing me still on a hotstreak with 53 LP. I reloaded the client and waited several minutes and it still is showing.

I don't know why this happened, as the game is not showing loss prevented. Don't want to get banned for this happening.
