Yasou's Shield ability cancels out Nami's ulti...
any champion ulti should be stronger than any champions ability, thats just common sense...

This is not a bug, it's intentional. Yasuo's windwall will block and "destroy" ANY AND ALL projectiles, regardless if they are a champion's ultimate or not. The same goes with Braum's shield ability (although Barum will still take some damage and suffer the CC effects, if any).
