Hextexh crafting bug-unlocking skin

I currently have high noon twisted fate in my crafting, over a 1000 orange essence and I own tf but the unlock button is shaded out as well as the 7 day rental. Only disenchant and reroll is available so I can't unlock the skin. Why is that or is it a bug??

Ah, the only reason that comes to mind is that you already own it. It would say so on top of the shard though.

Try reloading your client (if you checked and are sure you don't own the skin already).
