Using Sums while silenced.

[GAMEPLAY] Enemy is able to use the summoner "Heal" while silenced, despite it not saying anywhere about that in the tooltip that you can do so. And considering silence stops flashing and ghosting, why can you still heal?

In video shown, the Vayne is clearly silenced by Garen Q after tumble, but is able to Heal in order to prevent Ult from executing her, pretty much costing them the game.

Not sure if this is intended use of heal, and it should be added to the tooltip, or a bug that heal is bypassing silence. Curious which it is. Please let me know :)

Airborn, Stasis, and Suppression are the only effects that prevent all summoner spells. Everything else allows every spell besides Flash and Teleport. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Crowd_control#Cheat%20sheet

Vayne QSSed, then healed. K nvm was wrong She doesn't have QSS in the game you mentioned. Hold on. K, from what it looks like to me the SILENCED thing is mis-timed. Garen's Q silences for 1.5 seconds. You silenced her inbetween seconds 9 and 10 and she healed at second 12. I've always thought the CC indicators lasted longer than they were supposed to.

You can stll use non-mobility summoners while silenced and even stunned. I know suppession stops all summoners
