fix ranked and east server

so this is the second game i didn't receive any LP or IP. happen one time before when i played my 3rd promo game and then i had to start it all over again. right now i'm uninstalling lol because it says i'm in a game even doe i just won a ranked game where i didn't receive any LP or IP. please any riot member answer me and tell me when you gonna fix this. its annoying knowing you never do anything about it
