Can't Leave Summoner Platform

Dear Riot, In my last ranked game, I was not able to leave the summoner stand as Tristana . I tried flashing off, but it made me walk right back to the stand without any control. It was as if the barrier that disappears at 20 seconds was still there, even at 2:00. This caused me to have to reconnect, go afk until 5:00 and lose the game as a result.
