[GAME] Alt-Tab in game decreases framerate

So, recently ive been playing games in the rift and i noticed that the game client after champ select will go to black screen, briefly show me the loading pane for the teams, then cut back to my desktop. In this occuring its just about a 50% chance that my game will run really slowly during the match once it finishes loading (provided i dont alt tab back in before everyone finishes loading up).

By slowing down i mean the games framerate drops from the usual 120-170 fps to a staggering 30fps and below. (which occasionally jumps back to 60 for 2 seconds). This problem also occurs on voluntary alt tabbing when u know its going to take awhile for everyone to load in due to latency. Disconnecting and reconnecting to the game in progress, restarting my laptop, and spam alt tab have no effect. all i can do is wait until the match is over and HOPE my team surrenders quickly to close the client and rety in a new game.....where the bug is gone.

If I open the store, my framerate drops, if you alt-tab out of the game, ofc the framerate is going to drop. Your PC isn't prioritizing the game and thus drops the framerate.

As for the rest I don't really understand the bug since I haven't experienced it. But alt-tabbing is clearly going to drop the framerate and I have experienced frame drops when opening the store to buy items.

Edit: As to why yours continues to not prioritize the framerate once you alt-tab back in... it sounds like a computer issue, because I have zero issues with it.
