In an ARAM, I was playing as Mordekaiser and killed a Nunu. Somehow I earned a double kill for it. I have no idea how this happened or how to even replicate it. The youtube video will give a better description than I can.
it's just double notif, the score is +1, not game breaking from what i read, there are like 1000 bugs with morde, so maybe in this instance he killed u, ofc cloned u and cus he died the clone died too (I think that's what happens when he dies?) and counted for a double kill? idk fk me ^^ but this would be a drop in the sea of morde's bugs :D
