Missing unlocked skin

I unlocked Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere long ago from a hextech chest, at that moment I didn't have Tryndamere so i bought him with my ip and then went to the collection to unlock the skin as a permanent. I went into queue to play as Tryndamere with the new skin (or was) and it didn't show up on my skin selection screen.

I am sure that I unlocked it and not disenchant to essence so please let me know if there is some way you can fix this.
