Stuck in starting area after loading into game

• Picked PVP > Classic > Summoner's Rift 5v5 > Normal > Solo
• Selected Alistar > Golden Alistar > Bot Lane > Support (spells Flash & Heal)
• Got matched up and loaded into game
• Bought items from vendor, selected Q as first ability then clicked to go down to bottom lane

Results: Got stuck in starting area after loading into game after buying items and picking my 1st ability, unsure if this is happening to a specific hero or an issue of everything not loading in properly due to network issues.

Very low repro, occurred 1/5 games so far.

Note: Disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting resolved the issue.
