Some kind of "lag spike" at champion pick bans in Rankeds

Hi dear Rito.. i have sometimes problem with this, someone banning in rankeds and it says 0 seconds remaining and still going on, my friends see the game run normally and they continue to picks, instead of me im lagged in that one screen where enemy still banning. Then i get to picking and it kick me off because of this lag. It did already 3 times. i seen other players have this problem too :/ is there any prevention for this?
