I have a bunch of item sets made up and tried to use it in game, i set it for specific champs like 
, but in game i don't actually see it, it's just the recommend button and it doesn't have a list that goes down, i tried deleting and re-making it, repairing the game, set it for all champ uses but they all didn't work. However for some reason, only 
's item set worked. I would appreciate if you guys fix this soon, thanks.
So i kinda dug into the lol folder, i went to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases, the only folder there is 0.0.1.114, which i think should be something else. Then i go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\Champions and it seeks like my and 
item sets are stlll there, but in game i deleted every single item sets. It seems like it's keeping the old one that i had but repairing doesn't fix it. Someone pls help me
I've got the same exact issue. I've created 4 item sets, for 4 different champions. None of them show up in game, no matter what I try. I've googled and oogled and still nothing.
I've tried right clicking. I've tried deleting and re-making the item sets. I've tried replacing the preferences folder, I've tried setting the item sets to be used with everyone on every map, I've tried every concievable thing.
The most I can tell, is that it works for some, and not at all for others.
I changed my install path when I installed the game, so everything just goes to E:. No "Riot games" folder with "league of legends" or anything, just "E" and somewhere in that list is all the files for league.
Not sure how that happened but...
Any advice would be helpful because it's very frustrating to learn you can make item sets (so you don't have to constantly pop back and forth between looking at a guide outside of the game) but you cannot use them in game.
Very disappointing also.
I understand it's a free game and all, but apparently this issue has gone on for YEARS.

My item sets aren't working at all too. I was on vacation the last month, and came back yesterday and got the giant patch and graphical update and now none of my item sets are working in game. I can still see them in my client when i'm not in game, but in game they are not available.

Ok so apparently, i completely deleted league of legends and re install it, the item sets work for me now. By completely i mean deleting it from the control panel, i hope this is going to work for you guys
