Declined too many games?...

So I am trying to play solo ranked and when a game pops up to join I click 'accept' but it doesn't show anyone else clicking accept, then says timed out. Now it says I have declined too many games and have a wait timer. Is there somethin goin on? I tested my network: 122mbps download 555mbps upload 22 latency

I am able to play other games on my computer and all that good stuff.
