[CLIENT] Re-rolled 3 Skin Shards into Random Skin Permanent but doesn't get added to collection

I had three skin shards (I don't remember which exactly) and I know at least two of them were Legacy Skin Shards so I did a "Re-Roll into Random Skin Permanent" and got Pulsefire Ezreal. Woo! But it did not get added to my skin collections?? I have to pay 2950 Orange Essences to unlock it???
