Ashe New Q & Runaans Hurricane

Ashe new rangers foucs & Runaans Hurricane make over powerd combo when ashe use her rangers foucs (Q) and have Runaans Hurricane ( ), Runaans Hurricane shoot arrows non stop. hope you could fix this becouse i did solo quadra easy with only Runaans Hurricane, rangers foucs (Q), and alittle life steal.

-as you can see the first and the second pic I used rangers focus and it shoot multipale arrows- -the thired pic i didnt use rangers focus and it shooted 2 arrow with big delay-
