league wont let me start a game

when i try to load a draft game, it goes black and it stays that way, so i tried starting a blind pick and i waited my 20 min que. but once i accepted it the screen went black again, and when i went to close the window it told me that ill get a penalty for leaving, so i guess i was in a champion select and i just couldnt see anything. i hope i dont have extra time on top of my 20 min leaver buster. is this only happening to me? im so confused ;-;
