[CLIENT] EUW West Unavailable

I was playing a Normal Blind Pick in the EUW West servers, when all out of the sudden the game said "Atttemption to reconnect". So I left the game and tried to reconnect but it wouldn't work -- It sended a message when I clicked on Reconnect (which I didn't read) However, after that, I tried to restart my client, but it said that the EUW West was unavailable Is this normal or is it just me ? ~~Rito fix plz~~ :c
