Randomly blocked at the start of champ select without even typing anything in blind normal games

Title says it all. Not sure if anyone has had this problem, but at the very start of champ select in normals, my chat is blocked for no reason and I end up losing my lane because I can't call it out. Nothing super huge, but definitely annoying to deal with when it happens game after game.
