Spell Book bugged

I main pyke mid and I use spell book almost every game I play with him but recently after I switch a spell it stays grayed out and says, "you can't use that spell right now!" and no matter how many times I change it it stays grayed out, so any spell I came in with is now gone for the whole game. Is anyone else having this problem?
