Shop crashing client, and IP/RP amount not updating properly

Most of the time, for the past few patches, entering the shop would give a "session timed out" type of screen instead of the actual shop. Also, it takes a day or so for my IP count to be updated so i won't know how much IP i have to buy runes etc until i see the number jump back down. I can't see why or how this is an issue, but it definitely should be resolved since it's such a basic function to the client.
