[GAMEPLAY] Kog'Maw's Death Sound Repeating

When an enemy Kog'Maw dies on ARAM (so far that I've seen, as I haven't seen an enemy Kog on Summoner's Rift), whenever we get vision of him he plays the death sound for Icathian Surprise infinitely for the rest of the game. This was on the very first patch of season 6, so I don't know if the bug still exists seeing as my client just made a few short updates.

To reproduce bug:

1. Go into a custom ARAM with an enemy Kog.
2. Kill him.
3. When he comes back to lane, listen for his Icathian Surprise sound. If it works, you should hear it over and over again repeating itself.

I have played two games with an enemy Kog and both times the bug happened.
