BUGSPLAT after champion select

I keep getting a bug splat right after champion select. I've tried deleting all updates and getting the new ones, changed my screen resolultion, update my video drivers and used the repair tool. Nothing is working, I submitted the bugsplat multiple times with no response. Can anyone lend some useful information?
