[GAMEPLAY] Level 18 tristana with max passive attack range doesn't work with Rapid firecannon

When tristana has her maximum passive range (level 18), Rapid Firecannon's Unique Passive stops working, stops giving extra attack range (FireCannon)

Level 18 Tristana With the item Rapid FireCannon Attack with Rapid FireCannon passive active Attack again with AA The Rapid FireCannon passive doesn't provide 35% more Attack Range

Not sure if this is a bug or meant for this, but just want to put it out there.
