Grey Wall, can't select anything [Patch 6.1]

When I'm in champion select there is a grey wall. I can see everything but I can't click anything. I saw posts from around 9 hours ago, and as of right now it's still a problem. It appears that it's only for people on Windows, because me and one of my friends have PCs and both experience the grey wall. Whereas my other friend on her Mac is perfectly fine and has played several games with no grey wall.
