[ALPHA CLIENT] HexTech Key Fragment Bug

Hello there Riot Games Team. In the last few days i noticed a bug on the new Leageue of Legends Alpha Client. The problem is that when i finnished a game a few days ago i got a Hextech Key Fragment and from then i keep getting the Hextech Key Fragment notification when i log in. It isn't a game devastating bug but it's a bit annoying and i hope you can fix it soon. Wish you luck and keep the good work going. Here is a video of the bug. It doesn't add more Key Fragments but it's still annoying. (Srry i'm not that good at filming)
