Tahm Kench Devour Bug - unbench the kench!

After applying the 3 stacks on an enemy champion there comes times where I am not able to devour them. I haven't been able to figure out quite why this happens, whether its due to a recent minion devour that I've spit out too fast or what. I am simply unable to devour them.

After devouring a minion this bug seems to reset and devour works normally again but it is entirely infuriating to not be able to count on the devour in a duel.

this is definitely a bug. I've been playing tahm since december and noticed it back then when i picked him up. no one seems to care enough to fix it though, i've posted a lot of stuff about it on boards and reddit. i'm happy at least someone noticed the bug.
