My league of legends bugs

It's been like 3 years that I'm playin league and it's yesterday that my game bugged, i uninstalled it and redownloaded it still got the same problem, i really don't understand. The problem is that i constantly got freezes like i cannot play, 0 fps and I have a really good pc. i speak french sorry for my poor english. Can someone help me ?
