Lost progress on the Rise Mission

Recently as many others have seen or had the same problem; the progress for the rise mission has decreased. I was at 22 then to 15. Even if this bug isn't a game breaking one it still needs to be shown as an issue and at least have riot acknowledge that it exists. I'm not sure why they haven't noticed it, but the less acknowledgement they show towards it comes off as more they don't care. If they haven't noticed it perhaps they need more people to monitor bugs.
